Marie Chuldzhyan, Lab Coordinator

Marie Chuldzhyan graduated with a double major in Biology and Psychology from the California State University, Northridge in 2003. She has been working in the field of psychiatry since 1997 under the mentorship of Dr. Arakel Davtian. Pursuing her interests in child psychiatry, she worked at a non-profit organization in Los Angeles called the Child and Family Guidance Center. Her passion for the integration of biology and psychology led her to clinical research in adults with Bipolar Disorder. However, when the amalgamation of research and working with infants presented itself at UCSD, she immediately took the opportunity to become the Infant Vision Lab Coordinator in the Psychology Department.
